We were visited on Saturday by Steve Watson and Aaron Millar from Essex Spartans American Football team. We spoke about the amount of American sport available to do in Essex, with the Leopards basketball team and Essex Redbacks Baseball both having come to the studio recently.
The fixture list is now up on the Essex Spartans website at https://www.essexspartans.co.uk. Their first match at Hannakins Farm on 27 April.
