Ben Lacey from Key2Empowerment came in to talk about Paradigmatic Coaching.

Ben will be at The Brentwood Centre tomorrow morning from 9am – 6pm to give a sample of Paradigmatic Coaching and what it can bring to your life. £10.00 per session for 40 mins. I experienced this myself last week and I must say it was brilliant. A positive way to get your brain thinking in the right direction. All proceeds tomorrow are going to The Brentwood Leisure Trust.

The principles behind Paradigmatic Coaching are not new. The Stoic Philosophers of ancient Greece readily accepted that how a person thinks about an issue creates how they feel about it.

What is new is the exciting way that Key2 Empowerment has created a coaching method that helps the individual to take better control of how they are thinking and thereby influencing the world around them.

Thought is created by the simple act of ‘talking to oneself’ and few truly appreciate the power words can have on oneself or on others. Using neuro-linguistic techniques developed by John Grinder and Richard Bandler, Paradigmatic Coaching coaches the individual to employ better self communication patterns.

Thought creates feelings. Sometimes the resultant feelings (emotions) can be so powerful that they almost make talking to oneself impossible. Paradigmatic Coaching has developed a unique Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) based approach which reduces these emotional ‘spikes’ and thus makes it easier for the individual to change how they are communicate with themselves.

This integrated method of coaching is safe, fast and effective. It provides the individual with the ability to take control of how they are creating their interpretation of the world around them.
