We were down at Calcott Hall Farm Shop in Ongar Road, Brentwood for the formal opening of their brand new children’s play area – Brentwood Mayor Ann Coe doing the honours.
Calcott Hall will contribute the takings from the pay to ride digger to SNAP from the opening through the summer holiday period. We had a chance to talk to Peter McTurk from Calcott Hall Farm Shop and Hilary Needham, manager of Brentwood based charity Special Needs and Children (SNAP) about the new play area and how they hope to help a very worthwhile local charity.
