Eat My Brunch – talking Essex Book Festival with Sylvia Kent and Ros Green

IMG_7006

Today on Eat My Brunch I was joined in the studio by EMB regular Sylvia Kent (above right) alongside Ros Green, director of Essex Book Festival, which has been taking place at venues across Essex throughout March, showcasing a variety of authors, poets and performers from the literary world. Ros spoke to us just ahead of the final festival event in Billericay, and had many tales to tell (pardon the pun) from the past month, including meeting Richard & Judy! Sylvia’s had a busy time recently too, as she’s about to release her latest book, Barking & Dagenham From Old Photographs, looking at the London borough’s eventful history.
