Song Writing
When writing a song an often topic of conversation is love and relationships and many artists get inspiration from past relationships and partners.
One recent one is X-Factors Rebecca Ferguson, who has admitted her debut album has been inspired by her break up with Zayn who is of course a member from fellow X Factor Band 1 Direction.
Katy Perry’s ‘Circle in the Drain’, which is on her Teenage Dream album, is reportedly about Ex Gym Class Heroes member, Travis McCoy, who was with until 2009. And of Course another track which is on the re-release of the Teenage Dream album, ‘Part of Me’, could be inspired by the recent spilt from comedian Russell Brand.
Another couple who have inspired each other are Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears. Justin apparently based his song ‘Cry me a River’ on the pop princess and even featured a blonde look alike in his music video!
Talking of music video’s Carey Hart appeared in Pink’s Video for ‘So What?’, as the song was based on him, however after which they got back together and had a baby together.
And Finally John Mayer is a bit of a hypocrite as he complained when his ex, Taylor Swift, wrote a song about him called ‘Dear’ John’, but his latest song ‘Shadow Days’ has been said it is about actress Jennifer Ansiton who he has had an off and on relationship with.
Mel Mix Up!
Last week it was reported that Geri Halliwell wasn’t too happy with fellow member Mel B, as she was worried Mel would get the permanent judging spot to take over from Kelly Rolland, but now it seems Mel B isn’t very happy as she was mistaken for Sporty Spice Mel C!
At the Manchester auditions this week a member of the production team asked the crowds to “Please welcome Mel C!”
An onlooker has said that “It was a bit awkward, everyone looked around for Mel C. The poor guy realised he’d made a mistake but Mel didn’t look too pleased.”
However this hasn’t stopped Mel having a good time on the show and with the other judges as Tulisa has taken to Twitter to show how much of a laugh they have been having. One Tweet said “Having such a great day in manchester with @officialmelb @GBarlowOfficial and Louis! Sum thing must be in the water, we can’t stop laughing!”
Stewart get Sweary!
Kristen Stewart has been a bit feisty in a recent interview when talking about how she looks in photos and she even said a few naughty words! She explained the situation by saying that she has “been criticised a lot for not looking perfect in every photograph.” She then expressed how she feels about it, by adding in some swear words and saying “That thought embarrasses me so much that I look like s**t in half my photos, and I don’t give a f**k.”
What matters more to Kristen is that people thinks she is honest and cool, and she doesn’t want to be seen as fake as she has said “If I took perfect pictures all the time, the people standing in the room with me, or on the carpet, would think, ‘What an actress! What a faker!'”
However she didn’t look fake at all at the recent MTV Movie Awards where she accepted an award for Best Kiss, which she won with Boyfriend Robert Pattinson, for the fourth time. Sadly this time she had to go and accept it by herself and Rob was in Toronto getting ready for his latest film ‘Cosmopolis’ première. Normally the pair have a bit of fun when giving their acceptance speech and Kristen didn’t let us down as she first asked co Star Taylour Launter and Chris Hemsworth for help, before wrapping arms around herself and telling the audience she ‘does pretty well by myself’.
Kristen then joined her Twlight co-stars on the stage again when Breaking Dawn Part 1, won The Movie of The Year award.
Keith Lemon’s Film
Keith Lemon is starring in his own film, simply called ‘Keith Lemon: The Film’. It will hit out cinema screens on 24th August but if you can’t wait until then, there is a 30 second advert on the internet. This advert also helps promote ‘Moments Worth Paying For’ campaign which Lionsgate’s managing Director has said they are ‘delighted to support’. She has also gone onto compliment the film saying it ‘has outrageously hilarious antics which we’re sure audiences will agree are worth paying for. And it’s through their support that we’re able to continue making the great films and TV shows they love.”
The official trailer for the film is currently being shown in the cinema and has cameo appearances from Kelly Brook, as well as good friends and Celebrity Juice pals Holly Willoughby and Fearne Cotton.
