So sadly summer has come to an end, but as we go into the Autumn months That Friday Feeling reminisced back on the top tunes which featured as the backdrop to Summer 2015.
Playing the Official Top 20 Songs of the Summer on tonight’s show we also took a look at some songs which the Phoenix Presenters chose as their Song of the Summer.

Shut Up and Dance peaked at number 4 back in July and is the 5th Song of the Summer with sales of 266,000.
4) Tinie Tempah ft. Jess Glynne – Not Letting Go
Hitting the number 1 spot for two weeks running, Not Letting Go comes in at a respectable 4th with 277,000 sales.
3) Cheerleader – Omi (Felix Jaehn Remix)
Omi’s Cheerleader was a popular track with our Phoenix FM Presenters, with 3 choosing it as their song for the summer and it was definitely a hit with others too as it had sales os 295,000.
2) Lost Frequencies – Are You with Me
Are You With me hit number 1 on its second week in the Top 40 and is currently enjoying a 10th week in the Top 10. It finished with summer sales of 348,000.
1) Jason Derulo – Want to Want Me
And at the Official Song of the Summer 2015 is the number 1 single by none other than Jason Derulo – Want to Want Me.
This track hit the charts in June and strayed at number 1 for 4 weeks. The track sold 391,000 copies.
Hearing the news Derulo said: “Shout out to the UK for making ‘Want to Want Me’ the song of the summer”.
“When I made this song I knew it was special, but these type of accolades reinforce that and keep me hungry for more great moments to come.”
