A win for Hornchurch against Chatham Town tomorrow would confirm their promotion to the Vanarama National League South.

The Urchins have taken the Isthmian Premier Division by storm this term, having only lost three times in the league. After losing to Wingate & Finchley and their trip to Canvey Island was postponed, Daryl McMahon’s side have had to wait for their promotion party but a win over second-place Chatham would confirm their title win.

Southend United are not in action this weekend due to Solihull Moors’ involvement in the semi-finals of the Isuzu FA Trophy while Dagenham & Redbridge head to Woking.

Chelmsford City have already secured their place in the play-offs and sit six points behind table-topping Yeovil Town. The Clarets host Slough Town. Braintree Town make the long trip down to Somerset to lock horns with Weston-super-Mare while Aveley will be looking to get their play-off push back on track on the road against Truro City.

Hashtag United face Cray Wanderers at Hayes Lane tonight in the Isthmian Premier Division and Billericay Town could make it three wins in a row when they head to struggling Haringey Borough tomorrow. Canvey Island are aiming to end a disappointing campaign on a high and that could start with a win at Potters Bar Town and bottom-of-the-table Concord Rangers have Wingate & Finchley visiting the Aspect Arena.

In the Isthmian North Division, Brentwood Town host Grays Athletic tonight with the former looking to create a nine-point gap between themselves and Heybridge Swifts who sit one place outside of the play-off places. Elsewhere, Bowers & Pitsea take on Enfield, Maldon & Tiptree are travelling to Bury Town and Basildon United have a trip to the Norfolk coast to face Gorleston. Redbridge and Brightlingsea Regent are on the road to face Heybridge and Ipswich Wanderers respectively while Witham Town have a tough test with the visit of league leaders Lowestoft Town.
