Great Wakering Rovers’ FA Vase semi-final tie at Worcester City has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
The first leg of a two-legged tie was set to take place this afternoon with the second leg taking place at Burroughs Park next Saturday.
Marcus Bowers’ side have had a magical run in this season’s FA Vase having entered the competition at the first round stage and after progressing past Basildon Town, Buckhurst Hill, St Neots Town, Downham Town, Fakenham Town, Whitchurch Alport and Highworth Town, they are now only two wins away from the final at Wembley Stadium.
Rovers host Frenford on Tuesday and currently sit in 12th place in the Essex Senior League.
