Tonight’s show is hosted by Trevor Singfield, Keren Harrison, Rich Priest and new panellist Amelia Hooper.

The Panel discuss the recent performance against Cambridge United, we hear from Billy Herring and Keren Harrison who are in conversation with Idris El Mizouni.

Idris is very open and tells us how he started his career in English football at Ipswich, with loans to Cambridge United, Grimsby Town and how he ended up coming to Leyton Orient, for both loans. He also lets us know how he found out he was to be captain for the recent game v Cambridge United; how the dynamics from last season have changed but how the camaraderie is the still the same and details his ambitions for the time he is at Leyton Orient.

We also hear from Dulcet Dave and discuss recent events at the Club and the forthcoming fixture against Stevenage.
