First up I was joined on the phone tonight by singer-songwriter Sofia Gillani. Sofia has released four singles so far, the most recent being Water Runs Dry which we heard tonight, alongside news of her upcoming live shows and having a studio in her basement! Find her on Facebook and YouTube.
Tonight I was joined in the studio once again by Curveballs buddies Porcupine Kiss, just ahead of their latest hometown gig at Chelmsford’s Black Bull. They have just released Wait ‘Til You Return, the first taster of their new album which they are currently recording. We chatted about that, their first music video, and their unusual next gig – they can next be seen playing an acoustic gig at HMV Lakeside on May 14th for Shakster’s 15th anniversary.
