Could a Virtual Assistant help you get through Christmas?

Colette Walls from qVirtual looks at how your business can get through Christmas a bit more easily …

Christmas!

It’s a magical time – but it can also be a pretty stressful one, too.

Preparing for the perfect Christmas takes energy, a head for budgets and most importantly of all, solid organisation.

From remembering to order the turkey, to spending hours and hours online (or walking up and down shopping centres) looking for the ideal Christmas presents, if festive stress isn’t an official condition, it probably should be!

The December rush this year may be even harder than usual, with predicted supply chain problems, food shortages and a lack of HGV drivers to get the goods all over the country.

So, taking all of that into account, you’d be forgiven for thinking that Christmas 2021 isn’t going to be much fun after all.

But it doesn’t have to be that way – as long as you’re organised.

This is my first year doing Christmas as a Virtual Assistant with my new business qVirtual.

After 20 years working in the city and offshore as a legal executive assistant, organising is what I do best!

And one of the services I’m offering this year is helping people with their Christmas planning.

That could be:

  • Helping you source Christmas presents because you’re either too busy or just don’t fancy doing it
  • Arranging the Christmas food
  • Getting your Christmas decorations purchased
  • Sorting out your Christmas Card lists
  • Arranging social events

You name it, I can definitely help you with it!

I work with both small businesses and individuals and you’ll get the same the high-quality support whoever you are.

If you feel that you need a helping hand in December, give me a call and let’s see if we can take away some of that festive stress.
