To mark the end of the COP26 climate summit I challenged our listeners to think about how they could make a difference to our climate. While the world’s leaders negotiated their deals that may or may not be enough to make a difference we celebrated the true power of community radio by sharing some pledges and ideas of our own to start making a difference in our own way to our own world. Naturally, there were a few jokes thrown in and some “creative” suggestions too but amidst the fun we unearthed some real gems as people shared some of the things they are actually doing to reduce their carbon footprint, be more environmentally friendly or cut down on waste.
