Falling from heaven!

On today’s show I was delighted to welcome back local, singer, songwriter and record producer, JOEY OSKYS.

Joey last visited us in March 2017 so todays visit was long overdue!

We’ve recently been giving Joey’s latest release “FALLING FROM HEAVEN” a lot of airplay and it’s easy to see, and more importantly, hear why.

Listen here to what Joey had to tell me about the song, what he’s been up to since he was last with us and his plans for the future: –

In the second hour we reported on the woman who bizarrely has spent a fortune on collecting “werepup” dolls, which she likes to take out in a pram to “freak people out!”

Yes Yvette Soloman from Long Beach, California who loves horror films, which she describes as “cute” and “fun”, seems to have started her collection after visiting a horror convention.

Made out of silicon, apparently they look a lot like hyper-realistic dolls but with a lot more hair.

They’re not cheap to make either, and Yvette says she’s forked out over $1000 for some boasting cats’ teeth and real human hair, which has to be inserted one hair at a time.

Yvette’s friend Tracy owns a farm where she stores skulls of different animals that have died there, and on one occasion dug up a dead cat to use the skull.

It seems that a few years ago Yvette visited England and together with some friends went to Brighton beach whilst holding one of the “werepups”, whereupon she turned to a group of young teenage girls and told them, ‘This is what happens when you smoke when you’re pregnant.”

Not surprisingly the girls screamed and ran off.

Well whatever makes you happy I suppose!

See you again tomorrow,
Scott
