This week I was joined by the very inspiring Freddie, a 7 year old Shenfield resident who is running 5K this weekend for a charity helping children with Epilepsy and their families.

After witnessing his 12 year old epileptic cousin have a fit recently, Freddie wanted to do what he could to help, and the money he raises for EPIC, a charity local to his cousin, will really make a difference. After setting an original target of £300, Freddie has already raised £5,000, and his gofundme page only continues to rise!
