This week I was joined by the very inspiring Freddie, a 7 year old Shenfield resident who is running 5K this weekend for a charity helping children with Epilepsy and their families.
After witnessing his 12 year old epileptic cousin have a fit recently, Freddie wanted to do what he could to help, and the money he raises for EPIC, a charity local to his cousin, will really make a difference. After setting an original target of £300, Freddie has already raised £5,000, and his gofundme page only continues to rise!
If you’d like to contribute to Freddie’s cause, you can donate here. And if you missed me chatting to Freddie on the show, catch up below!
