A Year of music in review

To put it kindly some years throw up a load of rubbish in music, whilst others are renowned for an amazing variety of great music.

What did you think of 2019? Was it a “rubbish” year or one of the best?

Well you can judge for yourself as on both my programmes today and tomorrow I’ll only be playing music released this year.

The songs we played today were as follows: –

Bryan Adams – Shine A Light

Courtney Barnett – Keep On

Avril Lavigne feat. Nicki Minaj – Dumb Blonde mp3

Olly Murs – Excuses

Emeli Sande – Shine

James Arthur  and Anne Marie – Rewrite The Stars

James Blunt – Cold. mp3

James CC – Rocket

Kylie Minogue – New York City

Liam Gallagher – Now That I’ve Found You

Simply Red – Thinking Of You

Daniel Lumley – On The Run

Pink  and Cash Cash – Can We Pretend

Pet Shop Boys (feat. Years & Years). – Dreamland

The Eves – City of Stars

Lewis Capaldi – Someone You Loved

Robbie Williams – I Just Want People To Like Me

The Killers – Land Of The Free

Lady Antebellum – What If I Never Get Over You

Westlife – Hello My Love

Jess Glynne and Jax Jones – One Touch

Oliver New – This Is Us

Two Door Cinema Club – Once (Single Edit)

Sam Fender – The Borders

Well I enjoyed that set. Hope you did as well. If so we’ll be doing it all over again tomorrow in part 2.
