Clapton 1 Saffron Walden Town 4 

Walden opened up a five-point lead at the top after netting four against Clapton at Parkside. Walden opened up a 0-3 lead, with Nathan Scarborough opening the scoring as early as the 2^nd minute, while Charlie Cole and Gavin Cockman added furhter goals in the second half. The hosts managed to pull one back through Baseer Ishanzadeh, but a late fourth from Cole sealed the points for the league leaders.

Hadley 3 Stansted 1 

Goals from Paul Wright, Solomon Ofori and Jordan Edwards saw Hadley to all three points against Stansted at Brickfield Lane, lifting them into 5thspot. Stansted replied through Billy Coyne and are down to 14th.

Southend Manor 2 Ilford 1 

Michael Walther’s has now seen his Southend Manor side win two on the bounce as they saw off Ilford at Southchurch Park. Goals from Larry Akanbi and Ryan Imbert had the hosts 2-0 up and although Ilford netted an 89th minute consolation through Elvinas Clements it wasn’t enough to deny the hosts all three points.

Sporting Bengal United 3 Redbridge 3 

The Motormen came from 3-1 down to grab a point at Mile End against Sporting Bengal United, Charles Gregory converted a penalty after nine minutes to put the hosts ahead, but three minutes later saw Dan Gilchrist level for the visitors. Curtley McIntosh then restored the hosts lead six minutes after the break before Bobby Redwood tapped home two minutes after to give the home side a two-goal cushion. Liam Burgess then fired home to reduce the arrears in the 63rd minute, and then Daniel Gilchrist struck home a penalty fourteen minutes from time to make sure the points were shared. Bengal end the day in 6^th, with Redbridge four places further back.

St Margaretsbury 2 Woodford Town 1 

The hosts put in a very disciplined performance to take all three points at home to Woodford Town. Ryan Reed tapped home to give the home side the lead, and then they doubled that lead through Kyle Roberts, and although Woodford pulled one back through Varoukasis, the hosts came out on top and are now 13^th, while the Woods sit in 8^th.

Takeley 3 Sawbridgeworth Town 2 

Takeley came from behind to make it five wins from six after defeating Sawbridgeworth Town at Station Road. Harry Bushell had slotted the bottom side into the lead ten minutes before the break but that lead lasted only five minutes after Michael Castle hammered home a leveller at the near post. And in first half stoppage time Jason Todd tapped home a rebound to send the hosts into the break ahead before they increased that lead early on in the second period after Lewis Deamer netted. The Robins then saw red when Kie Steel was given a second yellow with fifteen minutes remaining and although they netted a penalty through Prince Aloize deep into stoppage time, the hosts came out winners and now sit 4^th, while the Robins, despite this valiant display remain rooted to the bottom of the table.

Walthamstow 3 Cockfosters 0 

Stow cruised to the points after a comfortable victory over Cockfosters at Wadham Lodge. Dwade James lobbed home to give Stow the lead, and they doubled that advantage when Billy Jones saw an effort take a huge deflection and go in. And they sealed the points when James netted his second by powering home a spot kick, which sees Stow now in 7^th having also played less games than the teams above them, and yet to taste defeat in the league.

West Essex 7 Enfield 0 

West Essex hit seven as they demolished Enfield at Mayesbrook Park. They didn’t break the deadlock until 37 minutes had elapsed when Hakim Medfai saw a cut-back deflected into the net by a defender, but the visitors then had the chance to level from the spot a minute later but saw Coker saved the spot-kick. Things went very south for Enfield after this though as the hosts saw Brad Russell convert their own spot-kick five minutes before half time, and three minutes after the break made it three as Medfai drilled home. It was four on 50 minutes when Symeon Taylor slotted home, and then five when Michael Mignot nutmegged the keeper five minutes later. It was six for the hosts with twenty to go when Mignot rounded the keeper to slot home, and with two minutes left the scoring was completed as Russell grabbed another to cap a wonderful afternoon for the hosts who are now up in 9^th. Enfield meanwhile are down in 18^th.
