From wrestling in the 7th grade, Matt went on to found the American Combat Association with UFC and ONE Championship star Kamal “Prince of Persia” Shalorus, putting on the first MMA show in South Carolina.
Matt was also instrumental in the branding for Bellator MMA as it went to Spike TV and has written books about the history of MMA and Pro Wrestling and recently how he’s Too Handsome for Hollywood.
