The Brand New Heavies have been added to this year’s Brentwood Festival line-up.
The London acid jazz/funk band, best known for their chart hits Midnight At The Oasis and You’ve Got A Friend, will be playing the Main Stage alongside Soul II Soul on the Friday evening of this year’s event at the Brentwood Centre, which takes place between 15 and 17 July.
Other acts already confirmed for this year’s event include The Boomtown Rats, Tony Hadley, ABC, The Dualers and Missing Andy.
Friday night ticketholders can also go to the festival’s free 80s afterparty that night, which goes on until 1am.
