On today’s show we heard about the woman claiming that she shouldn’t have to pay the bedroom tax because her spare room is occupied by a ghost. Well that’s got to be a first! She even claims that the ghost has attacked her however it seems unlikely that council officials will accept her case so the next spectre to appear on her doorstep could be the bailiff!
Meanwhile in California a couple were held hostage in their house by their cat. Armed police attended the incident and were involved in a somewhat tense
standoff until the cat finally lost interest. Bit of a “catastrophe” I’d say.
