Curveballs 30th January 2013 (with The Ends)

The Ends (l-r): James (guitar), Liam (bass), Mike (vocals/guitar), Joe (drums).

Tonight I was joined in the studio by Canvey Island quartet The Ends, just ahead of their first gig of 2013 at Chinnerys in Southend. The foursome originally formed four years ago, and with a series of singles to be released over the coming months, look set for a prolific year on the Essex scene and beyond. Their two most recent singles – Coke Can and Jack – are available on CD and download, and having just recently won their heat in a local unsigned competition, sounds like we’ll be hearing a lot more from them very soon. The band can be found on Facebook, SoundCloud, Twitter, Bandcamp and YouTube.
