Billericay Town had a true game of two halves yesterday as the side were top of the table at the start of the match against relegation zone side Tooting and were 2-1 up at half time. The second Half ending with the away side winning 4-2, dropping Billericay from top place to 3rd at the end of the day.
Brentwood beat Chatham 3-0 taking sixth place in Ryman Division 1 North. Thanks again to @BrentwoodLoyal on Twitter for keeping us up to date with the score. Romford had the shock result of the day, losing 5-0 to Enfield Town who went back top the top of the league.
Other local results we brought had Sutton United bringing an end to Chelmsford’s 17 match unbeaten run 2-3, even though the Essex side were 1-0 up at half time.
Elsewhere, Dagenham & Redbridge earnt a replay at the New Den as they drew 0-0 with Milwall in the 3rd round of the FA Cup. In League One it finished Carlisle 4-1 Leyton Orient. Southend beat Port Vale 3-0.
