Whilst deputising for the magnificent MICHELLE WARD, I was joined today by LEIGH NORRIS, the man behind the weekly BRENTWOOD PARK RUN. Didn’t know about this? Well it takes place every Saturday morning, starting promptly at 9 o’clock in Weald Country Park, over a 5km course starting and finishing close to the visitor centre at the southern end of the park.

We also heard today about the woman who found out about her cheating husband and told her husband (any all the commuters heading into Sheffield) that she’d left him, by means of a billboard next to the M1.

And how about about the would-be nutritionalist who scoffed 25 Big Macs in 22 minutes?
