Paul Golder attended today’s meeting held by Leader of the Council, Cllr Barry Aspinell, and Deputy Leader of the Brentwood Liberal Democrat Group, Cllr Graeme Clark, who spoke about:

– possible refurbishment or replacement of the Coptfold Road car park
– plans to increase car parking for shoppers in Shenfield
– Parish Councils moving forward with income generation plans

Cllrs Aspinell and Clark then spoke on behalf of the Brentwood Accord

– to defend accusations about poor sickness records among council employees from the Opposition, and
– to reconfirm the Accord’s commitment to help Hopefield Animal Sanctuary with the possible formation of a new Shenfield Country Park?
