First up tonight I was joined in the studio by singer-songwriter Fraser Morgan, Based in Colchester, Conor is arguably one of Essex’s most prolific performers of the moment, having already played 70 gigs this year and, at the time of our chat, had 5 live appearances booked for the next 4 days, in different areas of Essex and beyond! We heard about the unusual way he discovered singing, some highlights from his busy year of gigs so far and his new single, Here We Go Again, out July 7th. Next up it was the return of glam rockers Roxxi Red (l-r Andy, Matt, Rob), just ahead of their latest headline gig at Chinnery’s in Southend. The foursome (also featuring George) have just released their second single Love Sick Pretty Boy and are gearing up for a busy summer of live shows ahead of their debut EP release towards the end of the year. We heard about how Roxxi Red had an unexpectedly large audience for only their second gig, Love Sick Pretty Boy‘s guest guitarist and music video, and their mission to bring glam rock back to the masses.
