The T20 World Cup Final between England and Pakistan is just hours away and we head live to Melbourne, Australia to speak to Paul Newman, the Chief Cricket Writer for the “Daily Mail”. Both teams have seen a lot of each other recently and the prospect of the tournament’s best batting line up versus the best bowling attack bodes well for a great Final. However, all the talk is about the weather and as Paul reports, it is very cold and wet currently Down Under. Added to the fact the tournament has not caught the Australian public’s imagination, we hope that the travelling England and Pakistan fans can make it a great occasion. We also spare a thought for players such as Reece Topley, who were cruelly robbed by freak injuries of playing in the tournament.

First broadcast Saturday, 12th. November 2022.
