UPDATES 

  • CAN IN THE VAN –  59 Boxes of Food donated. A BIG thank you to everyone who donated to this initiative. You can still donate items to Brentwood Council, check the website for details.
  • BRENTWOOD CENTRE – The Brentwood Centre reopened on the 5th December. If you previously had a membership for the centre/gym etc please either come in to the Brentwood Centre to talk to a member of staff or contact Brentwood Council.
  • LOCAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN – How the borough will be shaped in the future.  Housing, employment, traffic, greenbelt, retail, sustainability, environment are in the plan. You can view details at https://www.brentwood.gov.uk/index.php?cid=2922
  • TIER 3 – The Leaders view is that this is not appropriate but the decision will be taken by government. Basildon is third highest in the country as of today and Brentwood is increasing again so it is so imperative that people follow the rules.
