Michelle spoke to local chef, Nigel Smith, who set up his cook-along-long via Facebook for people to learn new cookery skills and make tasty dishes.

Its a great concept that is doing brilliantly and you dont need to have ever cooked anything before. Its fun, friendly and you end up with delicious food which is quick and easy.
You can either purchase your own ingrediants or Nigel can supply them (as well as recommended wines). Prices starting from approx 4.50 per dish, depending on the menu.
Nigel trained at some of London’s finest restaurants with some of the world’s most notable chefs. Tom Aikens, Marco Pierre White, Pierre Koffman, to name a few. He represented England in various International cooking competitions, winning both individual and team medals.
