Jess Packard White is a local singer / songwriter from Romford. She is very passionate about performing ,she dreams of singing on the X-Factor and appearing in the West End. She wants to be a singer and has recently won Best Breakthrough Act and will be performing at the National Entertainment Awards in December 2019. Is currently studying Performing Arts at D&B Academy in Bromley, and she will be singing live from 11 on 6th October on Phoenix FM.
