Atlantic-rower-in-training Laura Try came down to Phoenix FM’s 10th birthday broadcast at the Holiday Inn in Brentwood to talk about her amazing plans to complete not one but two rowing marathons this year!
Laura explained how she felt her life was too stressful and materialistic and started a series of events which will be taking her on two challenges:
- To row 1,800 miles around the coast of Great Britain with Rannoch Adventure in June 2017
- To row across the Atlantic ocean in the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge in December 2017
