First up tonight was Chris Simpson from Last Wilderness. Chris (and bandmate Steve) were previously with us last year as part of Looks Like Rain. Since then, Chris has gone on to start his own podcast series, The Stage Left Podcast, in which he has interviewed many famous names from the past and present, and got a few of them to appear on the new Last Wilderness album! Click above to listen back to the interview in which Chris discusses the unusual story behind Last Wilderness’ formation and collaborating with, among others, ex-members of Wings and Elvis Presley’s backing band! Next up I was joined by Callum and Connor from Sleeping Lions. The band formed earlier this year and have one demo EP available, with a view to releasing more new material coming soon – of which we were treated to a sample tonight in the form of a live session.
