A big thank you to Neil & Emalene Grove for joining me on my show yesterday. If you missed it, do not worry. Here is all the details:
Neil and Emalene are organising a fun day to support Rob Womack. Rob won Bronze medal for Great Britain Shot-put in the 2012 London Paralympics. The fund raising is to support his training, travel, accommodation, coaching, physiotherapy etc so that he can go and represent GB at the 2016 Paralympics in Rio.

Rob is a local athlete. And as Emalene owns a local business – WPR Beauty Boutique, they would like to do something to help him. He is also currently training with their partner business All About Health & Fitness by Neil ‘Goliath’ Grove, former British Heavy Weight MMA Champion.
The fun day will be held at 11am on Sunday 26th Jun., at the WPR premises (Address: White Post Farm, Laindon Common Road, Little Burstead, Billericay, CM12 9SY). They have 6 acres of land and plenty of car parking. There will be various other activities on the day to get involved in such as Mario Cart Race, Olympic Themed Classes, Kids Relay Games, Face Painting, Nail Painting. There will be inflatables for kids too. Hot food, snacks and drinks will be available as well.
A few local businesses are donating raffle prizes including bars, restaurants, farm shop, dentist, boutique shops, nursery etc. They are still looking for other local businesses to get involved so please do not hesitate to contact Neil or Emalene if you can help donate to this amazing cause.

Price: £5 for each adult and kids under 12 go free. All proceeds raised will go to Rob.
