On today’s show we heard about the Essex pub that has received a gas bill, ostensibly intended for HRH Prince of Wales. This was especially strange given that the pub is not connected to a mains gas supply and that they don’t even have an account with British Gas. Should be interesting if an attempt is made to cut their supply for non-settlement of the £1700 bill!

My colleague, Keith Rogers had spent much of the day outside the Baytree Centre in Brentwood in support of the Hopefield Animal Sanctuary which could be under threat as a result of the possibility of the land housing the sanctuary, and currently owned by Tesco, possibly being considered for housing development.
