Switch Summary 5th August 2014

Hello!

It was brilliant to be back on the airwaves this evening after a three week break.

With V Festival hitting Hylands Park soon, this weeks ‘Old School Drive at 6:25’ was Tinie Tempah’s ‘Pass Out’. Crazy to think this song was released FIVE years ago. Tinie will play the MTV Stage at Hylands on Sunday 17th August. Yeeahhh Yeaaahhh!

For this weeks ‘Switch in Session’ I replayed a couple of tracks from the Matthew Attwaters session which I first played on the show on the 8th July. We played his tracks ‘Bones’ and ‘I Am What I Am Now’. To listen back to his full session click below:

After 7:30, a new feature was added to the show called ‘On The House’. Essentially the idea is to bring you some free music each week. This weeks ‘On The House’ (or #OnTheHouse if you want to be all modern) was The Weeknd – Often (Kygo Remix). I absolutely loved this remix the first time I heard it and the fact it’s free makes it even better. Listen/Download the track below:
