A Sunday Lunch show  double this week,  and another jam packed show that saw 2 guests join me in the studio at Phoenix FM.

My first guest was talented young rapper/producer from Hornchurch `GK` (Max)

GK who is currently putting the final touches to his debut album `Building a Legacy` took time out from his busy schedule to pop into the show to chat about his music, the album, and rap live in the studio.

It was a busy studio 1, as along with  GK, we were also joined by a film crew from Bournemouth University (staying in Ilford) whom where filming a music documentary (about GK not Me!! )
