With Christmas nearly upon us and the race for the Christmas number 1 gathering pace, it was great to catch up with Nigel Clarke from the band Dodgy to talk about the bands new release, `a Christmas song` but with all profits going to the Charity, The Trussel Trust.
The Trussell Trust is a Christian charity working to bring hope and practical help to desperate and marginalised people
Did You Know that This Christmas –
The Trussell Trust predict that 60,000 people in the UK will need to use a food bank, 3 times more than last Christmas.
1 in 3 UK children will be living in poverty.
1 in 5 UK mums will skip meals to feed their children
Its hard to believe that in 2013 in the UK this is becoming an increasing problem.
The Track is called `Christmas at the Foodbank` and was written by the band to highlight the campaign, the song can be downloaded from iTunes for just 99p
You can find out more about the Song and whats coming up from the band in 2014 on the interview
