It was LIGHTING UP BRENTWOOD today so it now really feels like CHRISTMAS is coming. Mulled wine, chestnuts and all the other goodies were on display in the town centre, where we were hosting not one, but TWO separate events to launch Christmas.

As such we started playing some traditional Christmas songs as well as some tracks by some of the artists who were themselves appearing at the events.

We also enjoyed another ESSEX TALE from Carl Merry – a short one this time concerning the Harwich born philosopher of Brightlingsea. If you missed it give it a listen here:- Essex Tales 26th November

Right I’m off to grab some of the goodies at all those stalls in the town and watch the big SWITCH ON at 5pm.
