Brian Turner on Eat my Lunch

[audio:https://www.phoenixfm.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/20110504110010-bryan-turner-EDIT.mp3|titles=INTERVIEW WITH BRIAN TURNER]

I love food! The show is Eat my Lunch, so I was over the moon to be joined by TV Chef, restaurant owner, ale producer and author, Brian Turner.

Brian talked about how he got started in the wonderful world of cooking, his ales, his restaurants and a new series on Good Food called Perfect.

Check out the Good Food channel Monday and Wednesday from 7.00pm to see 24 international chefs cook their versions of classic dishes, all made as simple as possible.

Brian was funny, witty, interesting and surprised at my secret crush on Anthony Worrall Thompson (ok more disturbed than surprised).

Thanks to the lovely Rob Harvey for covering the Bank Holiday Monday show, not too professional I hope! Thanks also to the lovely Brian Powis, who always makes me laugh and who told me to get my “bottom into work” as I was late this morning.

Nigel Clarke called in for a request. I described Mike La Surfs hair as beautiful (and so straight) and Taylor Godwin dropped coldslaw on the carpet – bad Taylor 😉
