This week I asked what your favourite TV shows were in the 80’s. It became obvious that most were childhood faves, so in no particular order here are some of the replies:
Andrea Mitchell loved Roobarb and Custard
Michael Fairbrother was a fan of Danger Mouse,
Dawn Raggio loved Alf and FAME
Nathan Astbury loved the Raggy Dolls (sad sack was his favourite!)
Stuart Kelman’s fave show was Captain Caveman

BIRTHDAYS this week
1980 – Frances Houghton, – an English professional rower and a member of the Great Britain Rowing Team. She has been World Champion in the Quadruple scull on four occasions and won Silver Medals at both the 2004 and 2008 Olympic Games.
