A lunchbox bulging with music!

Whilst January seemed to drag on forever, we seem to me to be making much better headway in February – maybe it’s the lighter afternoons or just the recent milder conditions, whatever it is I certainly feel the better for it. Excuse or not but I used it to play some fabulous music today. What a privilege it is to be in charge of the biggest Juke Box in town, even if it was for only 2 hours! We got to enjoy a feast of songs, old and new from the likes of Bon Jovi, Lawson, Deacon Blue, The Righteous Brothers, The Doobie Brothers, Joshua Kaddison, The Hot Puppies, Kylie Minogue, Mish Mash and just too many more to mention.
On top of this FRANCES CLAMP dropped in to provide a story about 4 key clocks which have helped to keep Brentwood on time and on schedule for many a long year. Listen again to what Frances told me right here: – [audio:https://www.phoenixfm.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/Bygones-12th-February2.mp3|titles=Bygones 12th February]

I hope you can join me next week for the final show in February. After that we can really start looking forward to the spring to come.

See you then,

Scott
