So the supposed long month of January is behind us and now for the short but often lovely month of February is here, a month, this time of life trials and my birthday – not sure which is better. Well.granted I did not take part in DRY JANUARY, as I’m basically teetotal anyway, but yes, I applaud those who did hold off their regular alcohol drinkies, as these days I feel setting goals and targets for your health, whilst supporting charitable causes is never a bad thing if it help you deep down.
In that particular vein of thought, Chatbit wise, I asked what health / charitable challenges have you taken part on recently or are about to?
