We are here once again, December and the big old run up to the Christmas madness and to many, the yearly joy, followed on by ‘oh I must really cut down on my intake and exercise more next year’, etc. I for one, feel I have mastered the pressures of the yule tide holiday season, as I tend to eat about the same [ish} and I don’t touch alcohol generally, so it is easier for me to have a levelled Christmas; although it can often be the classic- ‘Oh it was a quiet one this year for me‘. I’m not a humbug about it at all, I just like to set a nice pace to certain seasonal timed things in life and thus allow them to be good or great on their own merit, as apposed to forcing its hand.
Now, Chatbit wise, I asked if you plan out your Christmas to the eighth degree or do you tend to have a few plans, and just let it happen?
