Curveballs 28th June 2023 (with This Boy’s Fire)

Tonight, I was joined in the studio by Phoenix and Paul from This Boys Fire. The band originally formed back in 2011 under a different line-up, and have had a good 2023 so far with the release of their new single Permanent Vacation, and will be gigging throughout summer, including their next gig at The Queen’s Head in Broxton on August 19th. We also heard about Paul’s time as a member of Sixty Mile Smile, who toured extensively in the early 2000s with many well known bands at the time. Hear all about that alongside a great live session by clicking the link below, and look out for more news of gigs & recordings at the band’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

Click below to listen back to the show (go to 27:48 for interview) and to watch Paul from This Boy’s Fire playing live in the studio.
