Michelle was joined in the studio by Ash, Director, Vegan Designer of Dandelion Weatherstone CIC. I was inspired by Ash’s work to invent vegan antibacterial knickers for after c-section/abdominal surgery. Her supply chain is also completely vegan. For those not able to afford the knickers after surgery you can be sponsored to receive them via Ash’s company. She already supplies Ipswich and Colchester Hospitals for their baby loss unit.

ABOUT DANDELION WEATHERSTONE CIC
Dandelion Weatherstone CIC, a company set up with a vision to provide antibacterial, vegan and funky post C-section / abdominal surgery knickers to women / birthing people at their time of need. Ash first realised that there was nothing fit for purpose after her emergency C-Section in 2012, and it was in the recovery room that her anger over the situation became an ambition to help other women and birth people in her position.
