I have always been a fan of history which is amusing as I mucked about so much in my history classes at School, and came out with nothing. It is odd how your mind works as a child, as I genuinely do like historical things and find it places life in context and allows me to think about the future better. Now we are going into what is called the ‘ Carolean Era‘, with King Charles the III [3]. However, it all goes, I hope at least this does not mean we will be plagued by Neil Diamond’s Sweet Caroline at any cack-handed excuse, by the dense UK media. I’m kind of hoping for a bit more enlightenment personally in these times, as we look at changes around music decades- the 60s.70s, the 80s and whatever we are going through now.
On my Chat bit, I wondered if any of those Music decades blend together in your life or creativity, or maybe if they are more distinct in their influences.

What I can discern, is the great new music this week came from Graflex, Eric C Powell & Andrea Powell – Magnetic Skies – The Anda – Montage Collective feat’ Machina X – Bjork – Fonz Tramontano – Retrograth, plus a splash of remixes and classic artists.

Tracklist:
1. Fotonovela – Romeo and Juliet (feat. James New)
2. Jean-Michel Jarre & Pete Townshend – Travelator, Pt. 2
3. Ladytron – Seventeen (Darren Emerson 12-Inch Remix)
4. Depeche Mode – Lilian (Reactor Remix)
5. The Distant Minds – SILENCED
6. Graflex, Eric C. Powell & Andrea Powell – Always Over You
7. Nature of Wires – No Need (non-explicit)
8. The Psychedelic Furs – The Ghost In You
9. Lunar Module – The Pure Ones
10. Magnetic Skies – The Last Time (The KVB Remix)
11. Ghost Georgie – The Wolf
12. Tin Gun – Take Your Time
13. Brutalist Architecture in the Sun – Hourglass
14. The Ändå – Update and Reboot
15. Perpacity – Granite
16. Low Tide Theory – We All Fall Down
17. Montage Collective Feat Machina X – Ordinary World
18. SPECTRA Paris – DEVIOUS
19. National Milk Bar – Don’t Make Me Laugh
20. Bjork – Atopos
21. Close to Monday – Beautiful Pain
22. Train To Spain – The Breeze
23. Fonz Tramontano – Miami Sunset
