Geezers Pleasers & Cheesers
On tonight’s Geezers, Pleasers & Cheesers we went on a musical journey through the 1980s. We began in 1980 with The Specials, went all the through to 1989 and Sydney Youngblood – and then we went back again! Included in the journey’s Geezers were The Who, Marvin Gaye and The Style Council; while among the Pleasers were Prefab Sprout, Eurythmics and Madness. As always the Cheesers brought their A game and we played Culture Club, Drum Theatre and Immaculate Fools. If you loved it or missed it, you can hear it here:
