Welcome to the last live radio show of August, just after the last bank holiday weekend of 2022, as we are now on a course to Christmas; unless you are about to go off on a late sunny holiday. It is nice to have all these public holiday things to look forward to, as Funtime targets. Not that I ever see Christmas as a fun target just an excuse to not be in the office. Though, as excuses go, Christmas seems to be the Colonel-in-chief of excuses- Drink loads, eat loads and be merry is its sort of tagline.
