Tavares - Dont Take Away The Music (M)
Listen Live Webcam

Off The Record / 10-12pm / 18th May

We were shaking our bits to the hits on this week’s show as we still enjoyed the shows residency Gordon Taggart (again) and this week a summer vibe from the Midwich Cuckoos. We did not wait until Christmas to hear some Slade or The Pogues & Kirsty MacColl. We remembered dear Ian Curtis, played a rarity for Pete Townsend for his birthday and played The Midnight Special fifteen minutes too early. I quizzed you with the Mod Fathers lyrics and when Satchmo and George & Queen were top of the pops?

All in all the show was nearly as much fun as Chelsea’s equaliser being ruled offside in the last minute of the cup final.
