We are still only just 4 months in and guess who stopped by AJ’s Soundbooth to chat with Antonia Jones? It was ‘Hot Shot’ Alicai Harley, one of the most talented and exciting UK dancehall/R&B artists in the music industry. The Kingston-born, London-raised artist chatted with Antonia about life beyond the music, her spiritual journey, plus her special interest in ASMR including her highly anticipated debut EP The Red Room Intro (Yard Gyal Inna Britain), out now via Parlophone / Warners. It features Alicai’s hot new music video & EP track ‘Put It On You’ which has already hit 1 million streams on Spotify.
Alicai Harley whose latest EP and its illustration sees her paying homage to the children’s book Amazing Grace, features MOBO Award winning British rapper Stefflon Don, Afro-swing favourite Kojo Funds, South London rapper Nadia Rose, and Afrobeats artist Moelogo and more.
