Synth City: A day Diet of Cinema and fruit

SC8

My week has been a little different so far, what with the cooler weather and the decision to try a healthier diet plan for once in my life. The plan is basically, one meal a day [OMAD], with it being a low carb diet- expect me to mention this more than the weather from now on. Also on the show, we chatted about what are your live music gigs yet to come for this year and the joys of daytime cinema visits, as that was also my other change this week; I’m so rock and Roll.

Along with some classic tracks and a few remixes, New music on this weeks radio show came from EmT – Jigsaw Sequence featuring Kay Burden – Midnight Mantics – Into The Blood – Color Theory – Subha – K Michael Joseph. [details of release dates in the podcast]
