Back in November last year it was a pleasure to welcome staff and pupils from Shenfield High School into the studio to talk about their production of Joseph.
Tonight I was privileged to be able to attend the school to witness the production for myself and all I can say is Wow!
I had to pinch myself to remember that this is a school production. It was fabulous, with colourful costumes, imaginative sets, super choreography and an excellent performance all round from the musicians and some top performances from the large talented cast.
It would be unfair to single out any individual performance as this is an ensemble piece with great performances all round of the quality we have come to expect from Shenfield High School
The sell out audience was captivated by the production and the enthusiastic cast, showing their appreciation with a standing ovation. Tomorrow night (Wednesday) is the final performance of this excellent production. Grab one of the few remaining tickets from the school if you can.
